🌸 Our Return & Replacement Policy

At DivineChakra, we care deeply about your satisfaction. While we put a lot of love and care into our packaging and products, sometimes things might not go as expected. To make sure you’re taken care of, we offer both a 1-day replacement policy .

🕐 1-Day Easy Replacement

You can request a replacement within 1 day of delivery in the following cases:

You received a wrong product.

The item arrived damaged or broken.

💡 Make sure to record an unboxing video when opening your order. This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.

Kindly note:

We do not accept replacements for size issues or personal preferences. All product details are clearly mentioned on our website.

Items must be unused, with all inserts and original packaging.

Here’s how it works:

Send us clear photos of the faded item on WhatsApp.

You can choose to keep or return the original product.

This policy only covers color fading. Damaged items are not eligible.

📦 Return & Refund Process

Approved replacements are provided via store credit in the form of a discount code you can use on your next order.

Refunds to bank/UPI are only available in rare cases (e.g. repeated wrong or delayed deliveries).

If return pickup is not available in your area, you may need to courier the item back to us.

❗ Additional Notes

Refunds are not applicable to size issues unless specifically approved (₹100 handling charge applies).

For prepaid orders that couldn’t be delivered, we’ll issue a store credit after deducting shipping charges.

Please double-check the COD amount before paying to avoid overpayment.

Replacement/return requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.
